Our thematic gardens will take you to a sensory experience though the 5 elements with a blend of natural beauty and huge variety of plants that will transport you in many unforgettable moments of harmony between history, biodiversity and more.
A magnificent statue of a stag stands out in the gardens, a homage to the ancient history of these lands, originally covered in woods of holm oak and populated by majestic deer.
In the center of the aromatic plant garden stands a majestic sculpture of a deer, the estate’s totem animal, symbolizing nobility, generosity, regeneration, as well as the connection between the forces below and above. The garden features various guilds of trees, herbs, and regional medicinal plants.
An area that mixes a garden with areas of crops.
There are alternate rows of various types of opuntia, a few almond trees, pistachios, a few holm oaks and pyrachant that border the area dedicated to beehives where our bees produce an exquisite thousand-flower honey.
The entire length of these gardens is bordered by eucalyptus trees alternating with false peppercorns and a Mediterranean scrub grove of myrtle and mastic trees where local birds can nest and where you can stroll to discover the local flora.
The other side of this path that runs along the wall separating us from the village is blooming with bougainvillea, jasmine, honeysuckle, clematis, and a nice path where you can jog around the property.
In this space we also find the 17-meter pool designed to blend pleasantly into the surrounding countryside, spectacular with its cascading wall, overflow, hammocks and the variety of trees and shrubs that surround it such avocados, camphor trees, walnuts, feijoa, cysts and agapanthus.
The classic Italian garden could not be left out, here designed as a room within a dense cypress hedge, adorned with Medici vases, climbing roses, and geraniums, with a beautiful gazebo and sitting area at its center.
The agricultural area begins beyond the Middle Road with orchards of quinces and local pears separated by a 70-metre long avenue sheltering under a flowering pergola. This is the ideal place to organise large banquets and tastings of our products.
The Fire Garden welcomes you with two beautiful Chorisia trees. At its centre stands a splendid fire pit, surrounded by comfortable seating protected by a bamboo thicket. This is the ideal place for an evening with friends beneath the starry sky.
The Japanese Garden features not only Magnolias, Welcome Pines, Persimmons, Prunus and Sakura Cherry trees, but also bamboos and various shrubs. It has a teak gazebo also used for typical ritual massages. The bubbling fountain of good luck and the gravel garden typical of Zen meditation brighten up this space.
The Fairy Garden is next to the church. A garden in full bloom where various species of trees grow happily: from the old apricot and fig trees to the more recent carob trees, the rosary tree, orchid trees, a paulownia and a lilac flame tree amongst many others.
We have created a true oasis of peace and vegetables, planting more than 1,000 trees and lavishing diversification that brings us to more than a hundred different species.
A phytolacca demarcates the beginning of the cactus garden where some 30 different species brighten summer nights with the splendid blooms’ characteristic of them. All bordered by rows of centuries-old olive and carob trees.
Soon our guests will be able to go into our Subtropical garden, dedicated to exotic plants.
